Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthcare professionals actively working in Jharkhand, including but not limited to- a. Doctors: Allopathic, Ayurvedic, Homeopathic, Medical Officers. b. Nurses: ANM, GNM C. Public health professionals: Community Health Officers, Surveillance/Monitoring & Evaluation Officers. D. Others: ASHA workers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Healthcare professionals lacking current practice in Jharkhand, retirees, out-of-state practitioners, and refusals to participate, consistently unavailable individuals, and those lacking language proficiency.
