Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with ASA grade 1 and ASA grade 2 2)age group 18-60 years of either sex 3)all patients going for lower limb orthopedic surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients refusal or not giving consent 2)Patients who are catherterised prior to or during the surgery 3)Patients with spine deformities or neurological disorder 4)Patients with local skin infections or disease 5)Patients with history of drug allergy 6)Patients with coagulopathy disorder 7)Patients on tranquilizers hypnotics sedatives and anti-psychotic drugs 8)Patients with severe liver disease or kidney diseases 9)ASA grade 3 and above
