Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Females diagnosed with mild Anemia. (2) Females willing to participate. (3) Females who were not taking medication for anemia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Known case of Cardio-pulmonary illness. (2) Primiparous or Multiparous females. (3) Hypertensive females. (4) Variants of Anemia other than Iron -deficiency Anemia. (5) Known case of Psychological illness. (6) Known case of systemic illness.
