Inclusion criteria: 1. patients more than 12 yrs of age diagnosed with pleural effusion 2. HIV negative patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients who refused to informed consent 2. patients less than 12 yrs of age 3. HIV positive patients
