Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Physically active young healthy females (moderately active) on International Physical Activity Questionnaire. Females having regular menstrual cycle length 22 to 36 days

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known case of Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, Thyroid Disorders (Hyper or hypothyroidism) History of any type of menstrual disorders e.g., dysmenorrhea, menorrhagia amenorrhea, Oligo menorrhea, PCOD. Any problem related musculoskeletal system. Any known neurological disorders. Participants using any form of hormonal contraception for at least one month before entering the study.
