Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who are willing to participate in the study after signing the informed consent form. Subjects who are diagnosed with overweight and obesity grade I according to their BMI.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women 2. Diabetes Mellitus, 3. Hypertension, 4. Hypothyroidism, 5. PCOD 6. Hyperthyroidism patients 7. Hypotension patients 8. Hypoglycaemic patients 9. Allergic to cinnamon 10. Recent surgery
