Intervention1: Withania somnifera: medicated 30 size pills will be given to 15 subjects including both male and female and advised to take 3 pills on alternate days for 3 months Control Intervention1:

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Only children of age group between 12 and 18 years of age Children who are healthy, not under any medications Children interested in regular athletic training

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children above 18 years and below 12 years of age Children with any cardiorespiratory illness rheumatic complaints and other systemic illness
