Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient undergoing surgery for colorectal carcinoma, of ASA grade 1,2,3
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal, 2. Allergy to propofol or any other drugs included in the study, 3. Chronic liver and kidney disease, 4. Inability to assess postoperative pain (post-operative mechanical ventilation), 5. Inability to understand and use intravenous patient controlled analgesia, 6. Early termination of intravenous patient controlled analgesia (re-do surgery, deterioration of patient status)
