Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients in between ages of 18-60 years, diagnosed as Functional Dyspepsia according to ROME IV Criteria will be considered as Cases and Healthy individuals in between ages of 18-60 years will be considered as Controls

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy and lactation, HIV patients, Prior gastric surgery, Patients on prokinetics, patients on lactulose within one month, other hepatobiliary diseases, abnormal endoscopy findings, systemic sclerosis, hypothyroidism, intestinal pseudo-obstuction
