Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients age >18 and < 40 years undergoing vaginal delivery or caesarean section

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coagulopathy 2. Drug hypersensitivity 3. Liver or kidney disease 4. Suspected placental pathology ( accreta,previa) 5. Placental abruption

Postpartum hemorrhage will be assessed after giving drugs for one hour post deliveryTimepoint: 1 hour post delivery
