Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with ASA grade I and II Patients in the age group of 18- 60 years, of either sex, Patients undergoing minor surgical procedures of 60 – 90 min duration under GA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: . Patient refusal 2. Any predictors or history of difficult airway 3. surgeries in non-supine position, head and neck surgeries, laproscopic surgeries. 4. Full term pregnancies 5. Prolonged surgical procedures 6. Any past allergic reactions to silicone 7. Increased risk for regurgitation and aspiration. 8. Patients with psychiatric disorder, respiratory tract oropharynx, larynx pathology.

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the insertion time,ease of insertion, number of attempts in successful insertion of the device. To measure success rate of insertion of device, airway sealing pressure.To observe hemodynamic changes (systolic and diastolic blood pressure, Mean arterial pressure, Heart rate) and to assess complications if any.Timepoint: Till 12 hours postoperatively
