Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with mechanical heart valve on anticoagulant therapy admitted postoperatively in CTVS ward and CTVS ICU AIIMS Bhopal. Patients who understand and communicate in Hindi and English. Patients who are above the age of 15 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are not available at the time of data collection. Patients who are critically ill and are not hemodynamically stable. Patients who cannot understand and communicate in Hindi and English
