Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. AGE: 30 â?? 60 years of age. 2. Both male and female. 3. Clinically diagnosed Calcaneal Spur supported by X-ray findings. 4. Plantar heel pain.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having Diabetes Mellitus confirmed by fasting plasma glucose (FPG) test. 2. Patients having hyperuricaemia confirmed by uric acid test. 3. Patients having heel pain due to fractures, tumours or ulcers. 4. Patients having postoperative heel pain due to surgery. 5. Subjects receiving homoeopathic treatment for chronic conditions. 6. Diagnosed cases suffering from systemic illness or life-threatening illness.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Pain management of Calcaneal Spur due to Plantar fasciitis will be assessed using the Foot Function Index (FFI) and Short-form Physical Composite Score (SF-12 PCS). Timepoint: Baseline and 3 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The results of pre and post-X-ray examinations will be compared to analyze the improvement, if any, in the spur. Timepoint: Baseline and 3 months
