Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients within the age group between 14 years to 40 years who are clinically diagnosed with Primary Dysmenorrhea Patients who are giving consent to the study Patients with regular menstrual cycle who are suffering from the past three menstrual cycles

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with concomitant genito-urinary infection Patients who were under hormonal therapy Dysmenorrhea secondary to any drug intake, Long standing smoking, other systemic disorders Those who have Perceived Stress Scale 10 greater than 13 Those with Highly sensitive Reactive Protein greater than 3

Improvement in severity and duration of pain in Primary Dysmenorrhea by Visual Analogue scale and Cox menstrual Scale respectivelyTimepoint: Severity and duration of pain measured at Baseline, Day 3 of first menstrual Cycle, Day 3 of second menstrual cycle, Day 3 of third menstrual cycle, Day 3 of fourth menstrual cycle, Day 3 of fifth menstrual cycle, Day 3 of sixth menstrual cycle

Improvement in severity of Primary Dysmenorrhea by Verbal Menstrual Questionnarre Improvement in Quality of Life by Moos Menstrual Distress Questionnarre Improvement in Highly Sensitive Reactive ProteinTimepoint: Severity of Primary Dysmeorrhea will be measured at Baseline, Day 3 of first menstrual cycle, Day 3 of second menstrual cycle, Day 3 of third menstrual cycle, Day 3 of fourth menstrual cycle, Day 3 of fifth menstrual cycle, Day 3 of sixth menstrual cycle. Improvement of Quality of Life will be measured at baseline, Day 3 of 6th menstrual cycle. Improvement of Highly Sensitive Reactive protein at baseline & Day 3 of first menstrual cycle.
