The duration of post-operative analgesia between 0.25% ropivacaine, ropivacaine with dexmedetomidine, and ropivacaine with dexamethasone will be assessed and compared using VAS score post operatively Timepoint: VAS score during the post-operative period at 2 hours,6 hours,12 hours,24 hours.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The time of requirement of rescue analgesia between the three groups will be assessed & comparedTimepoint: Time of rescue analgesia in hours assessed at 2hours, 6 hours, 12 hours & 24 hours post operatively
