Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Teachers who have been diagnosed with hypertension. 2. Teachers who will give informed written consent for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: Teachers who have history of metabolic disorders or diagnosed with secondary hypertension Teachers who have history of cardiovascular diseases other than hypertension. Pregnancy or planning to carry pregnancy during the study period.
