Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both male and female junior category tennis players will be recruited. Players in the age group of 14-16 years will be taken. Players who are involved in the basic regular tennis specific training. Athletes with at least 2 years of experience in tennis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of any musculoskeletal, cardiovascular and neurological condition which will affect the physical performance. Any major or minor injury or surgery that may influence the effect of training program for past 6 months.
