Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly people aged greater than or equal to 60years presenting with complaint of dry mouth. Elderly people with hyposalivation with modified schrimmer test less than 25 mm at the end of 3 minutes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who have previous history of allergic reactions to aloe vera. 2. Subjects already under specific medication or mouthwash for xerostomia. 3. Subjects undergoing head and neck radiotherapy or chemotherapy 4. Subjects participating in other research trials
