Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: English speaking participants Recreational athletes - individuals who use the sport as their personal in fitness and are participating in community based or university based leagues.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with a history of hamstring strain injury in the past 6 months and participants with any lower extremity injury.
