Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: all children between 5-18 years of age admitted in paediatric ward to undergo surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: children below 5 years and above 18 years children with central hypoventilation children with head injury children who heve undergone major gastric surgery in recent past syndromic child child with ICSOL child with known mental disorder guardian/parent unwilling to give consent
