Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Single rooted tooth. 2.No gingival recession. 3.No periodontal pocket more than 4 mm. 4.Healthy patient without systemic disease like Diabetes mellitus, hypertension , hepatitis , HIV , autoimmune disorders. 5.Patient within 18-40 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Multi rooted tooth 2.Gingival recession 3.Periodontal pocket more than 4mm 4.Patient with systemic disease like Diabetes mellitus, hypertension , hepatitis , HIV , autoimmune disorders.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Patients inflammatory biomarker (IL-6) will be measured after taking the samples from the blood and correlating the effect of PDT and systemic inflammatory biomarkers ( IL-6) accordingly.Timepoint: Baseline and 6 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
CBCT evaluation for change in the size of periapical lesion & assessment of bone healing.Timepoint: Baseline & 1 year
