Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of age 16 yearsto 70 years patient Of either sex, suffering with Bhagandar (Fistula-in-ano). Patients willing to register for clinical study. Patients unwilling for surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients below 16 years and above 70 years. Patients not willing to be registered for clinical study. Patients having IDDM/NIDDM, tuberculosis, actinomycosis, HIV & CA and Crohn’s disease Pregnant and lactating women. Positive cases of Venereal diseases Patients with any other systemic illness, general debilitating health condition, immunocompromised disease or on immunosuppressive drugs.

We will get to know the efficacy of Snuhyadi Varti on dissolvable material and apamarag kshar sutra with the help of changes in subjective and objective criteria on each 7th day until treatment is completeTimepoint: 1 Month

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Relief in pain & discharge from fistulous tract after the treatment. it will give information that which is better snuhyadi varti dissolvable material or apamarga kshar sutra in fistula in ano patient after compairing the result. Timepoint: 18 Months
