Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: healthy participants age ranged between 20 to 30 years, including both male and female, And healthy participants are selected who willing to sit for 2 hours continuously.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: healthy participants with previous diagnosis of diabetes, any orthopedic/medical conditions Current smokers, Pregnancy, healthy participants with any psychiatric or neurological disorders, cardiovascular problems, healthy participants with blood borne disease, Those who have prick allergy.
