Inclusion criteria: Acute & chronic suffering of low back pain regardless of cause Symptoms of lumbago denoted by ‘ ? ’ corresponding to Colocynthis and Pulsatilla

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are already under any treatment or undergoing physiotherapy. Pregnant & lactating women. Cases requiring emergency treatment. Patients who refuse to give consent.
