Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with SAH for surgical clipping within 14 days of ictus

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. posterior circulation aneurysm 2. pregnancy 3. trauma 4. cardiac disorder 5. refusal to consent

1. to estimate incidence of impaired cardiac index in patients with anterior circulation aneurysmal SAH 2. to assess impact of impaired cardiac index on neurological outcome like DCI and DINDTimepoint: intraoperative till discharge
