Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group 40-60 years 2. Diagnosed case of stage II and stage III adhesive capsulitis based on clinical staging 3. Patients who are willing to comply with the study and follow-up assessments

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any recent febrile or infectious disease 2. Patients with osteoporosis 3. Patients with a history of fracture around shoulder joint or dislocations of shoulder joint 4. Malignancy 5. Autoimmune and haematological disorders 6. Impaired cognition 7. Pregnancy
