Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Students studying in undergraduate courses in a selected University of Udupi District -Students who use at least one social media platform -Students who are willing to participate and are available at the time of data collection. -Students between 18-24 years of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Students who do not use social media. -Students who disclosed themselves having a psychological problem.
