Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patient undergoing minimal invasive surgery for benign pelvic mass 2. patients giving consent to participate in study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. konwn malignancy 2. patient undergoing hysterectomy 3. extensive endometriosis 4. patient allergic to NSAIDS, opioids 5. long term opioid use 6. patient undergoing concomitant surgery 7. patient not giving consent
