Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students who will fulfill the following criteria will be included: Students with written and informed consent. Students with age > 18 years. Students using Social media continuously for at least past 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students with: Students with diagnosis of any prior psychiatric illness. Students with previous history of treatment for anxiety and depression. Students with any known medical illness like Diabetes, Hypertension,Bronchial Asthma, Tuberculosis, obstructive sleep apnea, thyroid disorders or any other medical illness.
