Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient who have been planned for Elective surgery under General anaesthesia with Endotracheal tube as choice for intubation 2. ASA I and II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mouth opening less than 3cm 2.Patients in need of nasal intubation 3. cervical spine surgery patients 4.Thyroid swelling 5.Morbid obesity(BMI >40) 6.Lesion in oral cavity 7.Laryngeal lesions 8.Patients with aspiration tendency(GERD) 9.Patients refusal
