Intervention1: LASER: Regenerative endodontics procedure will be done following which Laser irradiation is done within 21 days of procedure and after 21 days Sample will be collected.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Immature permanent maxillary or mandibular single-rooted immature tooth with open apices ( >2.5mmof apical radiographic diameter) with a diagnosis of pulp necrosis with apical periodontitis with lesion or suppurative apical periodontitis and 2. Patients with no systemic health problems that might interfere with healing of apical periodontitis (ie , immunocompromised, long-term steroid usage, etc). 3. Patient not allergic to medicaments and antibiotics necessary to complete the procedure (ASA 1 or 2)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other pulpal diagnoses. 2. Medically compromised patients. 3.Patients taking analgesics or anti-inflammatory drugs. 4. Informed consent not given.
