Inclusion criteria: Age 25-90 years Acetabular fractures Post traumatic Avascular necrosis following proximal femur fractures Proximal femoral fracture with implants failure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwilling Patients. Infection Non traumatic AVN
