Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient between age group – 18-55 yrs. (ASA I) 2.Patient with horizontally impacted mandibular 3rd molar.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient with known systemic disease - diabetes hypertension bleeding disorders AIDS 2.Patient with developing 3rd molars with incomplete root formation. 3.Patient with pathologic conditions in third molar region. 4.Patient with patients with missing second or first molars. 5.Patient with abnormal root pattern. 6.Patient with 40% of crown destruction due to caries)
