Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of either sex in the age range of 18-75 yrs undergoing elective craniotomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of previous chronic headache 2. Drug abusers/chronic alcoholic 3.Glasgow coma scale(GCS)less than 15 4.Patients on antipsychotics/antidepressants 5.History of prolonged analgesics intake due to chronic pain syndrome 6.Pregnant patients. 7.Neurological deterioration of patients in post operative period
