Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade 1 and 2 patients BMI less than 30 MP class 1 and 2 Patients planned for elective surgery requiring general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any facial anomaly Fixed flexion deformity Patient at risk of pulmonary aspiration Decreased inter incisor distance less than 3 cm short thyromental distance less than 6cm

Intubation timeTimepoint: time in seconds taken in between the device introduction between two incisors till it is removed after endotracheal intubation

1. To compare the number of attempts required for successful intubation 2. To compare the glottic view using BRIMACOMBE scoring 3. To look for any airway complications after extubation like blood on ET Tube, sore throat , dental traumaTimepoint: 1.during intubation 2.after extubation
