Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.) Those who are willing to participate 2.) Individuals of either gender between the age group of 21-50 years 3.) Subjects who can read/write/understand English, Hindi and Kannada.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.) Anybody who is not willing to participate 2.) Subjects who are unable to follow the commands. 3.) Individuals with pain in lower limb or spine 4.) Any surgical, musculoskeletal ,neurological and cardiorespiratory conditions which may interfere with the performance of the test 5.) Limb length discrepancies 6.) Any observable gait abnormality 7.) Pregnant women 8.) Sports person and individuals who go to gym daily. 9.) Individuals on medication which may affect the strength of the muscle 10.) Any observable knee deformities unilaterally or bi-laterally
