Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients willing to participate in the study. 2.Patients in 2ndand 3rdstage of COPD according to GOLD category.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Any other lung diseases such as pulmonary tuberculosis and interstitial lung disease. 2.Life threatening problem associated with COPD 3.History of mental illness 4.Age above 75 years
