Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants who are physically fit to undertake sitting posture for 1-2 hrs, and are able to give morning and evening time for sessions after an online pre-test on Yog orientation. 2. Participants who have some prior awareness Yog and meditation and have performed some Yog practice prior to this intervention. 3. Participants who are able to read and write in either Marathi and English language.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Based out of Nashik. 2. Participants who have undergone recent surgeries 3. Participants who are unable to perform Yogic practices such as basic Asana and Pranayama 4. Cardiac or other morbidity or disability interfering with dhyana practices 5. Participants who are unable to follow instructions with closed eyes, such as those with psychiatric illnesses
