Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients 18-60 years 2.Both genders 3.Diagnosed cases of mild, moderate and severe SD 4.Patients who are willing to participate in the study and have given written informed consent. 5.Patients corresponding to the pre-identified homoeopathic medicines will be included in the study. 6.Patients not taking any allopathic treatment or using topical agents for SD from past 2weeks (wash out period) will be included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.SD cases suffering from chronic systemic illness inherited (acrodermatitis enteropathica) or acquired adult forms of zinc deficiency, alcoholic chronic pancreatitis, Diabetes, hepatitis C virus infection, nutritional deficiencies (eg riboflavin, pyridoxine, niacin, and essential fatty acids),central neurological and psychiatric disorders including parkinsonâ??s disease, tardive dyskinesia, depression, epilepsy, fascial nerve palsy, spinal cord injury and congenital disease such as Downâ??s syndrome, neuroleptic medications, psoriasis, psoralen plus ultraviolet A (PUVA) therapy. 2.Flexural seborrheic dermatitis in axilla, under breast, in groin folds and genital creases. 3.Doubtful cases and those with other concomitant dermatoses to be excluded. 4.Patients taking allopathic treatment or using topical agents for SD within past 2weeks will be excluded from the study. 5.Infants, pregnant women and lactating mothers
