Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: GI cancer patients: 1. who are between 18-60 years of age 2. who are receiving 2nd or 3rd chemotherapy cycles 3. who will be scheduled to receive at least two consecutive chemotherapy cycles. 4. who can read and write Hindi or English. 5. who can be contacted through smartphones.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: GI cancer patients: 1. who have visual or auditory impairments. 2. who have high care needs with Karnofsky Score 3. who are diagnosed with psychiatric disease 4. who are on palliative chemotherapy and radiation therapy. 5. who are unwilling to participate in the study 6. who are lost to follow up for any reason including death, becomes critically ill, require immediate hospitalization. 7. who fail to attend the Nurse-led tele-health Oncology Clinic regularly
