Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients having classical signs and symptoms of Amavata. i.e. Angamardana (body ache), Aruchi (anorexia), Jvara (Fever), Apaka (Indigestion), Shotha (Swelling), Shool (Pain), Sandhi graham (morning stiffness). 2. Amavata with features of Rheumatoid Arthritis as specified in 2010 ACR-EULAR classification criteria for Rheumatoid Arthritis with less than 10 years of chronicity, Subjects aged between 20-60 years of either gender willing to participate in the study and ready to sign informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women and lactating mothers. 2. Serious systemic disorders like uncontrolled DM, CA, RHD and HIV 3. The patients who had deformities will be excluded from the study for example, ulnar deviation, swan neck deformities, ankylosis of wrist and elbow.
