Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade 1 and 2 undergoing surgery under spinal anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: diabetic patient pregnancy non religious person ramsay sedation score more than 3 patient on systemic opioids in perioperative period
