Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients with lumbar radicular pain with/without Low back ache,presenting with sciatic list/sciatic scoliosis,clinically confirmed by other nerve root tension tests and radiologically confirmed by MRI. 2)Single level disc herniation with unilateral radiculopathy 3) Patient should be able to stand 4)Availability of LS Spine radiographs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sacroiliac joint affections,Spondylolisthesis/Spondylolysis, Spinal infections and Pathological lesions of the spine Degenerative lumbar scoliosis Acute cauda equine syndrome Bilateral lower limb radiculopathy Lumbar Instablility Recurrent disc herniations Multiple level disc herniations on MRI Radiculopathy with spinal canal stenosis MRI not available Hip pathologies
