Control Intervention1: injection graniseteron: patient under going lower abdominal surgeries under spinal anaesthesia will be given injection granisetron 2mg diluted to 10 ml with normal saline given

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group from 18 to 60 years. ASA I and ASA II Lower abdominal surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal. Allergic to ondansetron and Granisetron. Pre-existing Cardiac pathology. Patient contraindicated to spinal anaesthesia. Severe dehydration. BMI >30
