Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 60 years BMI more than 25kg per meter square ASA grade 1 2 and 3 Elective surgery under general anesthesia with laryngoscopy and intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Surgeries under regional and neuraxial anesthesia Neurological and musculoskeletal disorders Emergency surgeries Facial dental and neck abnormalities Previous surgeries and trauma in the neck
