Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cricket bowlers, basketball and football athletes who are undergoing structured training program. 2. Age group between 18-25 years. 3. Being free of any injury in lower extremities during the previous 2 months at the time of initiation of study. 4. Both male and female athletes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Players who had attended any type of proprioceptive training in last one year. 2. History of any lower limb surgery 3. Any medical condition due to which athlete is on medication during course of the study. 4 Presence of any neurological dysfunction or cardiorespiraory disorder

Primary Outcomes 1. Maximum horizontal jumps 2. Maximum vertical jumps, 3. Submaximal horizontal jumps i.e. 25,50 and 75 percent of maximum horizontal jumps 4. submaximal vertical jumps i.e. 25,50 and 75 percent of maximum vertical jumps 5. Sprint measured in second 6. Agility measured in secondTimepoint: Outcomes to be assessed at baseline that is pre proprioception training and 8 weeks that is post proprioceptive training. online checking will be done to report any lower extremity injury after 6 months and 12 months of proprioceptive training.
