Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients of psoriasis with or without psoriatic arthritis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant and lactating women 2. Connective tissue disorders 3. patients with coagulopathy/acrocyanosis/Raynauds 4. patients on vasoactive therapies or anticoagulants 5. patients with any skin disease or therapy affecting the area of interest for nailfold capillaroscopy
