Inclusion criteria: age group 30-60 willing to participate male and females participants with unilateral Adhesive Capsulitis having restriction in passive movements patients with controlled diabetic with stage III includes

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of shoulder surgery 2.Fracture 3.Dislocation 4.Recent trauma 5.Having radiculopathy of upper limb 6.Neurological disorders of upper limb
