Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Students studying in Grade XI of a Government senior secondary school. Students who can access a Smart phone either own or parents with android or iOS operating system. Students score less than 73 in the resilience Scale of Gail M. Wagnild & Heather M. Young.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Students who are not willing to provide informed assent and parental consent. 2.Students who have undergone a similar type of training within a 3-month period prior to the study. 3.Students who are absent during the data collection phase of the study.
