Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged from 18 to 40 years BMI 25-30Kg/m2 Live fetus at gestational age >36 weeks Singleton pregnancy American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I-II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Abnormal pharynx or anatomy Stillborn pregnancy Multiple pregnancy Pregnant females with pre-eclampsia, eclampsia, gestational diabetes mellitus, hypothyroidism, hypertension. Past history of burns or radiotherapy
